We’re looking for an Administrator who takes pride in delivering exceptional support. In this dynamic role, you’ll be responsible for a variety of tasks that help our team shine, including: General Administration: Filing, managing correspondence, photocopying, printing, and binding — you keep our office running like clockwork. Office Systems Management: Maintain efficient office systems and introduce new staff to how everything works. File & Records Support: Assist with file registers and centralised filing systems to ensure everything is accurate and accessible. Meeting Coordination: Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and make sure every attendee has what they need. Minute Taking: Capture accurate minutes and distribute them promptly. Your skills and experience Demonstrated experience in administrative roles (essential) Certificate in Business Administration or relevant experience (desirable) Experience in a human services organisation (desirable) Demonstrated ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and work with minimal supervision and under pressure Ability to problem solve and effectively manage feedback.
