Summary
We are seeking a Support Administrator to join our team in Tonbridge. This role will support our varied departments including Admin, Finance, Reception, Recruitment and Marketing.
Responsibilities
* Manage daily office operations for different departments when required.
* Provide administrative support to staff
* Maintain accurate records and manage systems/reports.
* Handle customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
* Utilize computer systems for data entry and document management.
* Assist with bookkeeping tasks as needed.
* Coordinate communication between departments
