About Us
At Heal Care Group, we are committed to raising the bar and setting the gold standard for residential care. Our homes provide safe, nurturing, and aspirational environments where children and young people can truly thrive. We are on a mission to embed therapeutic practice in our service, develop our staff to be the best in the field, and ensure every child receives the highest quality of care and support.

The Role
As a Behavior Support Lead, you will play a key role in supporting children and staff in the home. You will bring expertise in managing behaviors that challenge, guiding staff in positive approaches, and creating a calm, structured, and therapeutic environment for young people.
A unique aspect of this role is the opportunity to work with our in-house Clinical Lead - a highly qualified Systemic Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor with over a decade of frontline and therapeutic experience across children's services.
Our Clinical Lead teaches and trains other professionals in trauma-informed care, systemic practice, and reflective supervision, meaning you will not only be applying positive behavior strategies but also developing your own skills through direct collaboration with an expert in therapeutic residential care.
