Key Responsibilities
* Perform routine service checks and respond to breakdowns promptly to ensure minimum disruption to services.
* Diagnose, repair and maintain equipment, adhering to industry standards and safety regulations.
* Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external contractors to optimise repair processes.
* Implement preventative measures to avoid future breakdowns and enhance system reliability.
* Keep accurate records of all work performed and parts used, ensuring transparency and traceability.
* Participate in an on-call rota to provide support during off-peak hours where required.
Minimum Essential Criteria
1. Proven track record in a service or maintenance engineering role, particularly responding to breakdown scenarios.
