Role Description
Diagnose faults in mobile phones and electronic devices using specialized tools and schematics.
Repair or replace faulty components, including screens, batteries, and internal hardware.
Conduct routine maintenance to ensure optimal device performance.
Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and service procedures.
Follow safety protocols during all repair processes to prevent damage or injury.
Role Requirements
- Proven experience in mobile phone repair or electronic device maintenance preferred.
- Proficiency with hand tools commonly used in electronics repair.
- Familiarity with computer hardware, schematics, and basic computer repair techniques.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain quality standards.
- Understanding of computer networking principles and equipment repair is advantageous.
