What You’ll Be Doing Leading commercial activities across the full project lifecycle—from procurement through to final account Managing subcontract packages, tender processes, and contract administration Driving cost control, forecasting, and detailed financial reporting Maximising cash flow through accurate valuations and timely invoicing Monitoring project performance to meet and exceed financial targets Identifying and managing risks, opportunities, and change control processes Ensuring contractual compliance and maintaining accurate commercial records Supporting sustainability and carbon reduction initiatives Mentoring and developing junior commercial team members What We’re Looking For Proven experience in commercial management within construction or infrastructure Strong knowledge of NEC contracts, procurement, and financial reporting Experience working with Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors Strong background in infrastructure projects Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills Ability to lead, influence, and develop a team Well-rounded QS experience across the project lifecycle Why Apply?
