We're now looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team.
This is an exciting and varied role, requiring involvement in productions from brief to broadcast.
You will have experience of working with household name brands across broadcast and social.
We are looking for someone who has been in a senior account management position at an agency or similar production company, and now wants to take the next step in their career, expanding and developing their skills across the entire production process.

JOB OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Head of Client Services, you will be managing clients to produce award-winning TV campaigns and short form video content from creative brief right through to delivery and will need to be experienced in all aspects of the creative and production process.
Whether it’s a TV campaign for a household name or creating a brand film for a new brand, you’re the type of person who loves to be involved at every stage, taking the project by the horns, developing a strong relationship with your client and delivering awesome video content.
This role will be dedicated to working directly with one of our most important clients; Omaze. You will be the main day to day client contact managing the relationship and project delivery.
The Candidate:
· At least five years’ experience in account management overseeing online and broadcast commercials
· Experience within a creative environment
· Good understanding of the TV and Video production workflow and the Clearcast process
· Ability to hit the ground running and manage multiple clients at once
· A problem solver who is proactive, driven, and ultra-organised ensuring milestones are met without cutting corners
· Calm under pressure with strong people management and interpersonal skills
· A high level of attention-to-detail
· Experience with a variety of clients
Key Responsibilities:
· Responsibility for the entire life cycle of each project (from pre-production through production and post-production to delivery), working closely with the Production and Creative teams
· Co-ordinating with all departments to ensure smooth project workflows.
· Providing regular status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
· Liaising directly with clients and agencies.
· Sourcing & booking freelancers with relevant skillsets when required.
· Providing assistance, mentoring and support to the wider team.
