The Role
As the Project Administrator, you’ll be a vital part of a small, dynamic team working alongside technical specialists. You’ll bring experience in project administration—ideally within highways, transportation, or construction—and a proactive, organised approach to supporting complex infrastructure projects.
The Project
This role supports a major commission focused on technical advisory services for highway infrastructure operations and maintenance. Key areas of service include:
Contract management and performance monitoring of tunnel systems and Motorway Traffic Control Centre (MTCC) operations.
Administration of contract variations and task orders for tunnel lifecycle renewals and upgrades.
Oversight of PPP contracts, including documentation reviews and audits.
Advisory support on NEC3 and other contract frameworks.
Monitoring compliance with Tunnel Safety Directive obligations.
Programme and project management of schemes affecting tunnel and service area operations.
