Description
* Process payroll data accurately and efficiently in compliance with company policies.
* Assist in preparing payroll reports and maintaining records.
* Ensure the timely distribution of payslips and resolving payroll-related queries.
* Support the reconciliation of payroll accounts and adjustments when required.
* Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
* Provide administrative support for payroll audits and reviews.
* Monitor and update employee payroll information in the system.
* Handle sensitive data with confidentiality and integrity.
Profile
* Previous experience in a payroll or accounting role.
* Strong knowledge of payroll systems and related procedures.
* Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
* Proficiency in relevant software, such as Excel and payroll systems.
* The ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Job Offer
