Role Overview
Our award winning Recruitment Team are looking to appoint a Recruitment Assistant. The successful candidate will be joining us as we continue to improve our service which has seen us achieve the second best “Time to Hire” across London NHS Trusts.
Key Responsibilities
* Play a pivotal role in the onboarding process of new employees, including pre‑employment checks, attending assessment centres and conducting ID checks.
* Provide key support to the management of recruitment campaigns to ensure a high quality, effective, reliable and responsive recruitment and selection service.
* Ensure adherence to team processes, Trust policies and best practice compliance by providing comprehensive support of day‑to‑day recruitment activities.
Qualifications & Experience
* Ideally coming from an NHS Recruitment service with experience in ESR (HR and Payroll sides) and the TRAC recruitment systems.
* Excellent communication skills, strong work ethic and passion for providing high quality customer service to patients and colleagues.
* Passion for providing good customer service and being the face of the Trust, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
