Job Title: Demolition Site Supervisor
Location: Kensington
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: Competitive, based on experience
Key Responsibilities
1. Supervise demolition crews and daily site operations
2. Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and company policies
3. Coordinate equipment, materials, and subcontractors
4. Conduct site inspections and hazard assessments
5. Communicate progress, issues, and timelines to project management
6. Read and interpret project plans, permits, and schedules
7. Maintain accurate daily reports and documentation
8. Enforce quality control and productivity standards
Requirements
9. Proven experience in demolition or construction site supervision
10. Strong knowledge of demolition methods, equipment, and safety procedures
11. Ability to lead crews and manage multiple tasks under pressure
12. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
13. Familiarity with OSHA regulations (certifications a plus)
14. Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
15. CCDO Certificate required
