What you’ll do:
* Deliver a consistent 5-star customer service experience across all front-of-house, reception, and facilities support functions
* Build strong, professional relationships with stakeholders, including clients, customers, service partners, and colleagues
* Ensure a safe, compliant, and welcoming environment through regular floor walks and adherence to site rules
* Provide first-line support and triage for facilities and meeting room services, including AV and catering assistance
* Adapt flexibly to evolving business needs, supporting reception, inductions, events, and general office duties as required
* Be the site's go-to for providing information and assistance
What you bring:
* Experience in a client facing role, ideally in a corporate setting
* Proactive and able to work on own initiative with a strong can-do attitude
* Excellent communicator and good listener with exceptional interpersonal skills
* Resilient and flexible, with a hands-on approach to delivering great service
* Reliable team player with experience collaborating effectively with others
* Detail-oriented and IT literate, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently
* Proficient with Office 365, Outlook, and SharePoint
* Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
