Are you an experienced Property Manager looking to join a supportive and forward-thinking team?

Our client, a well-respected estate agency, is looking to expand their Braintree office with the addition of a proactive and driven Property Manager. With a strong focus on growth and delivering exceptional service, they’re seeking someone who can confidently manage an existing portfolio while contributing to the continued success of the business.

This role is ideal for someone with at least 12 months of recent property management experience, a natural problem-solver, and a strong communicator who takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.

As a Property Manager, you will be offered:

As a Property Manager, your duties will include:

7. Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
8. Managing complaints and resolving rental arrears
9. Coordinating with contractors to manage maintenance and repair issues
10. Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
11. Booking and conducting regular property inspections
12. Completing all check-in and check-out procedures, including full inventory reports
13. Handling deposit returns and disputes
14. Negotiating tenancy renewals and extensions
15. Processing eviction requests when necessary

To be considered for the Property Manager role, you must have:

16. At least 12 months of experience as a Property Manager (Must be recent)
17. ARLA Qualified (Preferred but not essential)
18. Understanding of current lettings legislation
19. Highly organised and able to prioritise workload
20. High level of customer service skills
21. Good telephone manner and positive attitude
22. Ability to work in a pressurised environment
23. Full UK driving licence
