We’re looking for a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our internal Salesforce team. This role involves configuring, maintaining, and optimising our Salesforce platform across Service Cloud, Field Service, and Experience Cloud. You’ll handle daily platform support, collaborate with development and QA teams, and help deliver new projects and features. Additionally, you’ll document manual test steps based on acceptance criteria to support automated testing. This position reports to the Salesforce Development Manager, who oversees architecture, KPIs, and technical strategy. This is a hybrid role based at Barton-upon-Humber. Main Responsibilities: Configure, customise, and maintain Salesforce across multiple clouds using declarative tools (Lightning App Builder, Flows, Flexi Pages, etc.). Support External Services and Prompt Builder configuration, and deploy changes via Copado CI/CD. Manage user access, profiles, and permissions. Contribute to internal training and documentation. Maintain data integrity through monitoring, imports/exports, and clean-up activities. Document manual test steps aligned with acceptance criteria and collaborate with automation testers to ensure full test coverage. Identify and implement enhancements to improve user experience and reduce manual effort. Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, support sandbox testing, and ensure compliance with security and access requirements.
