A confidential UK law firm is seeking experienced IAA Level 2 and Level 3 Immigration Advisers to assist on a consultancy basis as and when work is available. This is not a salaried or guaranteed-hours position. The role is primarily remote, but occasional office attendance may be required where a client requests a face-to-face appointment at short notice.
Accordingly, applicants should be based in or near Derby DE1 and able to attend the office on short notice when needed.
The firm will remain responsible for the client relationship as a whole, including administration, onboarding, compliance processes, file management systems, and operational support. The successful consultant will be instructed to carry out regulated immigration casework on assigned matters only.
