An award-winning social-first agency with 140m+ global followers across owned media brands is hiring a Strategy Director to architect and lead its strategy function at senior leadership level.
The Opportunity
You will build the strategy engine, not manage an inherited one.
You will set the vision, design the frameworks, raise the craft and make strategy central to how the agency wins, grows and delivers. This role sits on the Senior Management Team and will directly influence commercial performance and creative output.
You will:
• Lead strategy across major client accounts and new business pitches
• Turn cultural insight and audience understanding into sellable, memorable thinking
• Design tools, systems and IP that elevate strategic output across the agency
• Build platform and channel ecosystems that drive measurable outcomes
• Partner with growth and creative leadership to sharpen conversion and increase win rates
• Develop and mentor strategists into confident, commercially sharp thinkers
Who You Are
• A senior strategist from social, digital or integrated agency environments
• Comfortable navigating both cultural insight and performance data
• Fluent in paid media and platform ecosystems
• Experienced in shaping strategy for major consumer audiences
• Confident in high-stakes pitch environments
• Energised by building departments, not inheriting them
You think from culture to audience to solution, not from channel plan backwards.
You make the complex simple, sharp and commercially powerful.
You design for attention, influence and impact.
