Service Advisor – Crewe BMW/MINI
Lookers Crewe BMW is recruiting an experienced and dedicated Service Advisor to join our Aftersales Team under Service Manager Chris.
Location: Crewe – working 42 hours per week, Monday–Friday 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Salary: £29,000 per annum plus bonus up to £6,000.
Key Responsibilities
* Book MOTs, services and other repair work for customers.
* Advise customers about warranty cover and upsell additional parts or accessories.
* Liaise with the full Aftersales department to organise and schedule appointments based on workload and call volumes.
* Manage a high volume of customers daily, including telephone calls and online booking queries.
* Inform customers of turnaround times and ensure effective communication while a customer’s car is in the workshop.
* Maintain accurate customer records and update systems when bookings are made.
Qualifications and Requirements
You must have abundant energy, a warm personality, and a genuine passion for delivering a first‑class customer experience. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport easily while explaining technical information clearly are essential. Previous experience using Kerridge/ADP and knowledge of other essential dealer systems are an advantage. You should have worked in a similar automotive aftersales role and be a team player capable of working independently.
