Our Transport Services team is an integral part of our Front of House at the resort, providing professional transportation services for our guests when arriving at and departing from the hotel, as well as any other transport needs during their stay.
Our primary goal is to deliver a personalized, luxury experience to all guests, building relationships and anticipating their needs. If you believe you are suitable for this role, we want to hear from you.
What you will be doing:
* Providing a welcoming and courteous greeting to guests arriving at airports and railway stations across Scotland
* Assisting guests with luggage to and from vehicles
* Driving hotel guests to and from airports and railway stations, and undertaking local and Scottish tours in a safe and comfortable manner
* Developing strong relationships with both repeat and new guests, anticipating their needs and delivering top-quality service
