To be successful as an IB CCO Product Frameworks, you should have:
* A strong background in IBK/Markets, preferably BM and CCO roles.
* Technical skills to understand and navigate business processes and infrastructure front-to-back.
* Understanding of governance and control frameworks, and approach to design/remediation.
* Stakeholder interaction and communication skills.

Purpose of the role
To assess the integrity and effectiveness of the bank's internal control framework to support risk mitigation and protect operational, financial, and reputational interests.
Accountabilities
* Collaborate with stakeholders across the bank to improve control effectiveness through documentation of assessments, procedures, and findings.
* Identify and investigate weaknesses within internal controls to promote improvement and risk mitigation.
* Develop reports to communicate key findings and recommendations.
* Conduct reviews to determine the effectiveness of internal controls in line with policies, regulations, and best practices.
* Ensure adherence to the Barclays Controls Framework and appropriate assessment methodologies.
