Job Description
* Manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
* Prepare and process payroll data for employees within the organisation.
* Ensure timely submission of payroll reports and statutory returns.
* Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
* Assist with audits related to payroll and provide necessary documentation.
* Stay updated on changes to payroll legislation and implement necessary adjustments.
* Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
* Provide support and guidance to staff on payroll-related queries.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Payroll Officer should have:
