Your Responsibilities
As a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll play a crucial role in our Natural Resources commercial team, supporting the Water Framework for Thames Water. Your responsibilities will include:
* Collaborating with the project delivery team to ensure effective contractual control and cost management across various projects.
* Gaining exposure to the full project lifecycle, from pre-construction to project delivery.
* Managing the commercial aspects of subcontract accounts, from procurement to final account negotiations, ensuring optimal outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you:
* Hold a relevant academic qualification in a construction-related degree.
* Possess a full driving license.
* Have prior experience in a commercial role for a contractor.
* Are familiar with a variety of contract forms.
