This role follows a repeating shift pattern: two days on, two days off, three days on, two days off, two days on, followed by three days off.

About the role
As a 24-hour Team Manager, you’ll be a key part of our Operations team, supporting our Line Structure Teams and leading colleagues across day and night shifts. You’ll help embed our Intersnack Working Systems (IWS) ways of working, drive performance and ensure our teams are safe, supported and set up for success. You’ll be the go-to person out of hours, making confident decisions to keep production running smoothly and safely.

What will you be doing?
* Leading and coaching teams across 24/7 operations, supporting Line Leads and ensuring consistent delivery of the production plan
* Taking ownership of health, safety and environmental standards, and role modelling best practice across all shifts
* Managing resources effectively to meet and exceed KPIs, including cost, quality, service and waste reduction
* Supporting the rollout of IWS tools and behaviours, including problem solving and Daily Management Systems, to build team capability and ownership
* Acting as the escalation point out of hours, making confident decisions to protect production continuity, workforce safety and customer commitments

* Proven experience of leading large teams in a fast-paced environment, ideally within food, beverage or FMCG manufacturing
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to respond quickly and calmly to changing demands
* A collaborative mindset and the ability to build effective relationships across teams and functions
* A proactive approach to coaching and developing others, with a focus on servant leadership and continuous improvement
* Confidence in making autonomous decisions out of hours, with a clear understanding of operational risks and priorities
