About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic and versatile Digital Marketing Executive to join our team in a role that blends strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You’ll be responsible for implementing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns that generate leads, build brand visibility and support business growth.

Core Responsibilities
Social Media Marketing and Campaign Execution
* Manage and schedule content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and occasionally TikTok
* Design eye-catching graphics, write compelling captions and select hashtags
* Build and maintain client content calendars
* Engage with followers and monitor performance
* Produce monthly campaign reports
Tools: Meta Business Suite, Canva, LinkedIn Scheduler, Google Suite, CapCut, Adobe Suite
Lead Generation and Campaign Strategy
* Design strategic digital campaigns to generate and nurture leads
* Support with sales proposals and competitor audits
* Develop onboarding documents and email nurture sequences
* Track conversions and improve campaign performance
CRM and Workflow Automation (Pipedrive)
* Manage and maintain Pipedrive CRM
* Set up and optimise automations for email sequences, lead tracking and pipeline stages
* Import and organise lead data
Tools: Pipedrive, MailerLite, Google Sheets
Content Writing and SEO Blogging
* Write SEO-optimised blogs weekly
* Design accompanying visuals and publish via CMS
Tools: Canva, Ubersuggest, WordPress or similar CMS
Sales Enablement and Networking
* Attend local networking events to represent the brand
* Prepare sales presentations, proposals and strategy documents
* Support sales with lead generation and client engagement
Trend Monitoring and Innovation
* Stay up to date with changes in AI, SEO and digital platforms
* Share insights with the team and suggest improvements
Key Skills and Competencies
* Campaign planning and funnel strategy
* CRM and marketing automation (especially Pipedrive)
* Social media content creation and strategy
* SEO and blog writing
* Email marketing and lead nurturing
* Graphic design (Canva and Adobe Suite)
* Strong communication and client-facing skills
* Analytical thinking with data-driven decision making
Qualifications and Experience
* Experience in social media, email marketing and SEO
* Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices
* Familiarity with social tools (e.g. Buffer, Hootsuite), PPC platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads) and CRM systems (Pipedrive preferred)
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* Enthusiasm for digital trends and innovation
