Base pay range
Salary: From £27,000 + tax-free bonus | Location: Remote (covering the Shropshire area) | Role: Early Years Trainer
What you’ll be doing
* Supporting apprentices working in nurseries and other childcare settings, helping them develop their skills and confidence.
* Creating personalised learning plans to suit each apprentice’s needs, ensuring they have the tools to succeed.
* Demonstrating how functional skills like maths and English play a role in early years care.
* Building strong relationships with employers and keeping them informed about their apprentices’ progress.
* Managing administrative tasks and planning effectively using Google Suite and other systems.
Your typical week will include around 3 days of travel to visit apprentices in your region, with the remaining days spent working from home.
What you’ll need to bring
* Experience as a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager.
* Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent).
* Confidence with technology and strong organisational skills.
* Level 2 (GCSE) qualification in English and maths (or a willingness to achieve this).
* A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle for travel within your area.
