As a Pastoral Manager, you will help students manage behaviour, attendance, and emotional wellbeing, ensuring they feel supported and motivated. You will work closely with staff, parents, and external agencies to create a positive and structured environment for all pupils. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage pastoral support for students. Support pupils with behaviour, attendance, and wellbeing. Build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents. Monitor and track student progress and pastoral outcomes. Collaborate with safeguarding and support teams to meet student needs. Requirements: Previous experience in a pastoral or behaviour-focused role. Strong leadership and behaviour management skills.
