This role is about more than just delivering a curriculum; it is about connecting with a bright mind who has a clear vision of entering the Engineering field.The Student ProfileAdvanced Learner: Working ahead of their peers in Maths.Specialist Interests: A high level of engagement with Aerospace and Physics.Support Needs: The student has ASD, ADHD, and a PDA (Pathological Demand Avoidance) profile.The Goal: To build trust and provide academic stretch in Maths, Science (Physics), and English.Schedule & Flexibility10 hours per week to start.We are open to discussing a schedule that works for you - please let us know your availability when applying.Who You AreSubject Enthusiast: You have a strong background in Physics and Maths, ideally with an interest in Engineering or Aerospace.Neurodiversity Aware: You have experience supporting students with ASD/ADHD and understand the flexibility required for a PDA profile.Rapport Builder: You know how to lead with interests rather than demands to keep a student engaged.DBS: An Enhanced DBS is required for this role.Why This Role?This is a unique chance to work with a high-ability student on subjects you both enjoy.
