We are working with a forward-thinking firm that promotes employee excellence and places clients at the heart of everything they do. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Civil Litigation Solicitor to join a busy and supportive team.
They are seeking a solicitor with up to 3 years’ post-qualification experience to join their friendly and ambitious team. The firm offers a positive working environment where professional development is actively encouraged and supported.
The role is a full-time, permanent, office-based position based in Enfield.
The successful candidate will work closely with qualified solicitors and paralegals, ensuring that all civil litigation matters are handled professionally and efficiently from instruction through to completion.
The role will involve a broad range of civil litigation matters including:
* Contractual disputes
* Negligence
* Debt actions
* Commercial disputes
* Building disputes
* Misrepresentation
* Inheritance Act claims
* Contested probate claims
Typical duties for the role will include:
* Managing civil litigation matters from instruction through to completion.
* Working closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality legal services.
* Ensuring all matters are handled efficiently and professionally.
The successful candidate will have:
* Qualified Solicitor with up to 3 years’ PQE in Civil Litigation.
* Experience across a broad range of civil litigation matters as listed above.
* Enthusiasm for personal development and contributing to team growth.
* A commitment to providing high-quality work with integrity.
* The ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
