The role

* You’ll provide administration and coordination support for the returns process, following diagnosis of faulty products.

* Coordinate technical service site visits.

* Deliver clear, professional communication of investigation outcomes to customers.

* Maintain precise complaint data.

* Process orders accurately and resolve customer queries.

What’s required

* An interest in learning and developing knowledge of technical engineering products, to allow you to interact with your suppliers and customers.

* A process-driven approach and strong administrative skills are required to ensure customers receive a thorough and efficient service.

* A calm and empathetic, but confident approach - to deal with customers with care whilst managing their expectations.

* Curiosity - you will enjoy investigative work to get to the bottom of a problem.

* Good IT literacy and experience using CRM or ERP systems.
