The Role
* Provide 1:1 and small-group support to help students achieve their learning goals
* Build positive and trusting relationships that encourage confidence, engagement, and wellbeing
* Support pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
* Assist with tailored interventions designed to meet individual learning and behavioural needs
* Help promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation strategies
* Monitor student progress and communicate effectively with teaching staff and school leaders
* Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
