Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Team Leader to join their Learning Disability Residential Home in Burton-Upon-Trent. Your role as a Team Leader:
* Lead and motivate a team of Support Workers to deliver outstanding care
* Ensure care plans, risk assessments, and behaviour strategies are implemented effectively
* Act as a role model, promoting independence and dignity for residents
* Communicate clearly, manage documentation, and oversee day-to-day operations
* Work closely with management to maintain high standards and compliance
