Key Responsibilities
* Design and document Power Platform infrastructure, producing clear, standards‑aligned designs that meet functional and non‑functional requirements and consider design trade‑offs. (DESN)
* Plan and carry out testing for Power Platform environments and integrations, including manual and automated tests, and report outcomes, risks, and defects. (HSIN)
* Install, configure, and decommission Power Platform infrastructure components, following standard procedures and ensuring accurate documentation and handover. (ITOP)
* Operate and maintain Power Platform infrastructure services, including environment provisioning, monitoring, maintenance, backup and restore, and automation of routine tasks. (USUP)
* Manage infrastructure incidents, correctly logging, diagnosing, and resolving or escalating issues in line with agreed procedures. (TEST)
* Facilitate technical discussions and workshops, enabling teams and stakeholders to resolve complex infrastructure and operational issues and reach shared decisions. (OFCL)

Working Pattern
This role is available on a full‑time basis with the option of working from home for a minimum of 60% of the time, or alternatively a blended arrangement with a minimum of three days per week in the office due to business requirements.
Required Skills and Experience
* Designing Power Platform infrastructure components according to standards and ensuring adherence to those standards (DESN).
* Planning and executing manual and automated testing for Power Platform environments or integrations (TEST).
* Installing, configuring, and decommissioning platform or infrastructure components (including the Power Platform Centre of Excellence Toolkit) using standard procedures (HSIN).
* Operating infrastructure services, including environment provisioning, performance, and security monitoring, planned maintenance, and automating routine administration tasks (HSIN).
* Ensuring adherence to agreed incident management procedures, resolving or escalating as appropriate (USUP).
* Facilitating technical discussions with stakeholders to resolve complex issues with competing priorities (OFCL).
