As the Sales Enablement Manager at Info-Tech Research Group, you'll facilitate new hire onboarding, drive process adoption at the regional level, and align with quarterly department sales plans. Additionally, you'll spearhead process improvement and measurement, foster cross-sales and department collaboration, and provide support for department projects. You will set the tone for what great learning experiences look and feel like for your group.
Responsibilities
* New Hire Onboarding: Manage onboarding, ensure a smooth transition to roles and attainment of 90-day KPIs, adjust program and materials as per department needs, provide communication & feedback to sales leadership, and deliver final reports & coaching opportunities for new hires.
* Process Adoption at Regional Level: Identify gaps with leadership and provide necessary support to drive adoption, own the strategy for adoption through sales leadership, and deliver effective support/training to drive adoption.
* Quarterly Regional Sales Support Plans: Support the build and execution of the quarterly regional sales support plan, including training, department meetings, marketing, product & more; understand the economics of the business and propose updates as per company results/data.
* Process Improvement & Measurement: Understand and document current processes to identify gaps, propose solutions to address gaps and enhance processes based on stakeholder feedback, and collaborate with sales operations to measure impact of changes.
* Cross Sales & Department Collaboration: Ensure collaboration within the sales enablement team and across departments; share best practices and drive collaboration for the benefit of the sales organization.
* Support Department Projects: Act as project manager for department projects; work with Enablement team to minimize duplication of efforts across the sales organization.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in any field.
* Minimum two (2) years of sales enablement experience.
* Successful track record in a client-facing role.
* Business Acumen: Knowledge of the business environment and HR.
* Self-awareness; self-motivated with an awareness and understanding of one's strengths and areas of development.
* Experience in an advisory, human resources and/or business services organization is preferred.
* Open to an in-office working model, 4 days a week.
* Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency; German is preferred.
* In-office days: 4 days a week.
