Role Description
* Provide advice on secured loans
* Maximise cross‑selling opportunities for other products within the group
* Understanding of MCOB, FCA regulations & guidelines
* Understanding and implementation of compliance requirements
Requirements
* Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practise (CeMAP) is essential
* Demonstrate a proven track record of hitting targets
* 1 years’ experience working in the mortgage industry as an advisor
* Strong interpersonal skills/ability to work under pressure
* Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
* Up to £33,000 basic salary based on experience, OTE £65,000.
