Overview – Hygiene Supervisor:

You know that great Hygiene doesn't happen by accident.

It takes strong leadership, high standards, and someone who can get a team pulling in the same direction. That's where you come in.

We're looking for a Hygiene Supervisor to lead a team within a busy food manufacturing operation. You'll be responsible for maintaining excellent Hygiene standards, ensuring food safety compliance, and driving a culture where Hygiene is everyone's responsibility.

Responsibilities – Hygiene Supervisor:

Leading and developing the Hygiene team
Managing daily Hygiene activities across the factory
Maintaining audit-ready Hygiene standards
Supporting food safety, GMP, and HACCP compliance
Conducting Hygiene inspections and investigations
Driving continuous improvement within the Hygiene function
Working closely with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams

Required Experience – Hygiene Supervisor:

Experience as a Hygiene Supervisor, Hygiene Team Leader, or similar
Food manufacturing experience
Strong knowledge of Hygiene, food safety, and sanitation processes
The ability to lead teams, solve problems, and raise standards
