Your new role
As Seniorpliance Manager, you will support the Head ofpliance in leading the organisation’spliance strategy and ensuring full adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies and industry standards. You will guide senior leaders, strengthen control frameworks, and help embed a robust culture ofpliance across the business.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Extensive experience inpliance or regulatory roles.
2. Strong understanding of relevant legislative frameworks, particularly AML.
3. Demonstrable ability to manageplexpliance programmes.
4. Excellentmunication, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
5. Experience leading teams or cross‑functional initiatives.
