Responsibilities in your new role as the Fine Dining Chef de Partie
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a multi-rosette level standard, managing your own section of the kitchen, and working closely with senior chefs to ensure all produce meets high-quality standards. You'll also play a key role in developing junior team members, overseeing stock control, and contributing to menu development.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
The requirements for this role include previous experience working in a multi-rosette level kitchen, where attention to detail and a commitment to excellence are paramount. A passion for fine dining is essential, as is having a creative mindset in the kitchen. Due to the location of this role, having access to your own vehicle is highly recommended.
