Loughborough Students' Union are seeking applications from those with a strong customer services background to join our Business Administration Team who support all departments and sections ensuring they can facilitate life-changing student experiences underpinned by excellent HR, Finance, IT and Governance business administration.
Successful applications will need to provide a visible, welcoming presence at and to be responsible for the day-to-day effective running of the LSU Welcome Helpdesk; support teams by being responsible for credit card purchases and assisting in orders; recruitment administration such as right to work checks and interview schedules as well as general business admin such as room bookings and catering orders.

This role is contracted for 35 hours per week, typically Monday – Friday.
During busy periods, we work to tight deadlines, requiring a flexible and accommodating approach. This may include working outside traditional hours, including weekends.
The position is offered on LSU Scale 3, currently £23,830 - £24,101 per annum (pro-rata for part-time) on an open-ended basis. Offers will be made at a pay point appropriate to the skill and experience of the successful candidate.
