As we grow, we’re looking for a passionate intern to help us share our story and expand our reach online. About the Role We’re looking for a proactive and creative Assistant & Social Media Intern to help us grow our online presence and support day-to-day tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in social media, digital content, and general business support. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and implementation of social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms for Instagram and Facebook - Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve social media presence - Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement - Stay informed about the latest social media tools and platforms and make recommendations for their use - Assist in managing influencer partnerships and collaborations - Support the development and maintenance of the company's website and blog - Assist in organizing and attending events to promote the company's brand and services - Help with general assistant tasks (organising files, admin support, research) - Contribute creative ideas to campaigns and projects that showcase our unique Pilates community Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Minimum of 6 months of experience in social media management or digital marketing - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in British English - Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences - Proficient in social media management tools and analytics platforms - Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Knowledge of SEO and website analytics is a plus - Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and techniques If you are a self-starter with a passion for social media and digital marketing, we would love to hear from you.
