We are seeking a newly qualified GP to join us through the Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme (ARRS).Eligibility: GPs must be within 2 years of obtaining their Certificate of Completion Training at the point of recruitment., To work as an autonomous practitioner, to provide general medical services to manage a caseload and deal with a wide range of health needs in a primary care setting. To ensure the highest standards of care for all patients whilst adhering to the GMC standards for good medical practice.
* We have a well-established clinical team consisting of salaried GPs, paramedic, advanced nurse practitioners, practice nurses and healthcare assistant
* Experienced and supportive management, administrative and reception teams
* Our whole team take pride in delivering high quality, compassionate care
* We work closely with our PCN colleagues and have successfully recruited additional practitioners to include paramedic, pharmacists, first contact physio, mental health practitioner, urgent care practitioners, dietician, nurse associates, care co-ordinators and social prescribers
* We are an accredited training practice and are involved in research as a practice and as part of our PCN
* We encourage personal development of all our staff and you would have the opportunity to develop a specialist interest and future innovation
