Within the role you will:
* Partner with the Head of HR to help shape the HR strategy for a specific business area.
* Engage in a balanced mix of strategic and operational HR tasks, providing a stimulating and varied work environment.
* Work alongside and influence key stakeholders, developing people-focused solutions that align with the company's strategic goals.
* While the role primarily covers sites across the North of England, occasional travel further afield offers a change of scenery and networking opportunities
* Partner with key stakeholders to support and develop HR solutions.
* Manage employee relations, performance management, D&I initiatives, employee engagement, and Learning & Development.
* Build effective relationships and provide proactive, well-thought-out people solutions.
