ISS Facility Services UK are a UK leading FM provider, and they are seeking an experienced Regional Workplace Experience Manager to join one of their growing Professional Services accounts on a permanent basis.
The Regional Workplace Experience Manager role drives operational excellence, fosters a welcoming and productive environment, and ensures that the workplace aligns with the client’s vision and the company’s high standards of service delivery. The Regional Manager leads workplace teams, implements strategic initiatives, and acts as a key liaison between stakeholders to create exceptional workplace experiences.
There is travel out to other account locations when required – the successful candidate needs to be flexible to travel. Main location is in Guildford, Surrey.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead, motivate, and support workplace teams across the region to deliver outstanding service.
2. Foster a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
3. Conduct regular performance reviews, training, and development programs for the workplace teams.
4. Oversee the delivery of all workplace services, including reception, cleaning, maintenance, catering, and events, ensuring they meet service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
