Key Skills: Demonstrable experience of managing accommodation-based support services for people with mental health and complex needs, managing staff working with people who have complex issues and health problems and a strong understanding of Recovery approaches and co-production incl.
knowledge of issues affecting those individuals.
Experience in recruitment, induction, supervision, motivation, appraisal, training, discipline and grievance issues Experience of performance monitoring and consistently high delivery standards and service user standards Ability and experience of managing budgets and keeping within budget.
Knowledge of Community Care, Mental health, Health and Safety and welfare benefits legislation (including welfare reform).
Knowledge of methods of assessing, formulating, implementing, recording, reviewing and auditing service users support and safety assessment plans Good knowledge of MS Office systems, able to use computer systems including case management systems to create accurate reports and able to assess and audit staff ability to use computer systems to record client data accurately and to a high standard.
