Our client, based in Coventry, is currently recruiting for a Credit Control / AR Admin on a 3-month temp to permanent contract, with a salary of £27,000 on offer.
The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis and offers 2 days per week WFH and requires 3 in the office.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with Excel and in a fast-paced environment.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
1. Assisting the Credit Control and Cash Allocation teams when required
2. Setting up portals and registering invoices on them
3. Managing the Contracts inbox, ensuring it is always up to date
4. Working closely with the customers, Sales Teams, and Portfolio Directors to resolve any challenges to the Terms and Conditions
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise at all levels
6. Excellent negotiation and dispute resolution skills
7. Attention to detail
8. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Working hours:
9. 37 hours per week
10. Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm
