Department Join the International Recruitment and Partnerships team at the University of York during a period of ambitious global expansion. This is a fast-paced, results-driven environment focused on delivering international student enrolment growth through high-impact partnerships. The team works across priority global markets to identify, develop and scale partnership activity that generates measurable outcomes. This role sits at the heart of that activity, combining business development, account management and market insight to drive performance against ambitious recruitment and revenue targets. Role The Global Partnerships Officer will lead on developing and managing a varied portfolio of international partnerships, with a strong focus on delivering enrolment growth and revenue outcomes. The postholder will proactively identify, analyse and convert new partnership opportunities, ensuring a robust pipeline of suitable prospects whilst driving performance across the existing partnerships portfolio. Operating in a dynamic environment, the role requires strong commercial awareness, data-informed decision making, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. The role involves close collaboration with academic and professional service colleagues, confident engagement with senior stakeholders, and the postholder will also represent the University at key engagements in the UK and overseas. This role will require the the delivery of compelling partnership proposals and business cases, and a commitment to ensuring partnerships deliver tangible, high-value results aligned to institutional targets.
