Derby College Group (DCG) are recruiting for Sessional IQA of Beauty to join our Beauty Team at The Roundhouse Campus. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead quality assurance across a vibrant and creative beauty curriculum.
Responsibilities
* Lead and shape the Internal Quality Assurance process for Beauty qualifications and apprenticeships across all levels.
* Ensure compliance with Awarding Organisations and EPAOs.
* Support and mentor assessors, driving continuous improvement.
* Influence curriculum quality, manage EQA visits, and uphold high standards.

About You
* Qualified Beauty Therapy professional with a Level 3 or higher in Beauty Therapy and at least a Level 2 in Nails.
* Strong understanding of IQA and EQA processes within beauty education.
* Excellent planning, mentoring, and communication skills.
* Confident using digital systems and e-portfolios; passionate about raising standards and supporting assessors and learners across a range of beauty qualifications and apprenticeship pathways.
