The Job: The Inside Sales Account Manager position is a strategic and exciting new role for AVISPL. This role sits within our Outbound Inside Sales team, where you will be learning the basics of all the sales processes related to transactional quotes and orders, setting up new customers and ensuring onboarding, delivering a great experience. You will work in a fast-paced, growing sales environment to develop your sales skills and advance your career.
Responsibilities
* Calling a combination of existing customers (leads, prospects and customers) as well as cold calling.
* Calling to re-engage lapsed customers.
* Fact finding and establishing the key stakeholders and decision makers within an organisation.
* Profiling customer records and updating the CRM.
* Achieving personal KPI’s and business objectives.
* Exceeding gross profit targets.
