Head of Business / Dealer Principal Pembrook Resourcing currently have an exciting opportunity for a head of business / dealer principal for one of our clients, A well renowned car dealership in the area! The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management and operational success of the business including the Dealership, Department Managers and all Dealer Staff employed by the business. Main Duties: To be an outstanding retail partner of the Group.
To ensure the business delights all its customers. To manage, develop and coach team members. To Maintain brand standards of dress, attitude, care, integrity, and honesty always while also complying with company health and safety in order to portray a professional image to colleagues customers at all times.
To achieve all targets set by the manufacturer in a timely manner. To adhere to all company policies and procedures as appropriate. To always maintain and develop the preferred culture in the business.
To provide leadership and inspiration to the management team and encourage entrepreneurial actions from all team members. To ensure maximum profitability and efficiency of the dealership in all areas. To successfully deliver agreed strategy and plan for succession.
