The Role
As a Residential Conveyancer or Licensed Conveyancer, you will work alongside highly experienced directors known for their deep expertise in residential property law. Your responsibilities will include managing a diverse range of residential conveyancing transactions, such as:
* Handling the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties.
* Managing landlord and tenant transactions, including leases.
* Representing lenders and borrowers in residential property matters.
The firm has a steady pipeline of work, providing you with the opportunity to handle quality conveyancing cases. Requirements
* A minimum of 3 years' fee earning experience as a Residential Conveyancer, Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer specialising in residential property transactions.
* Proven ability to manage and deliver a wide variety of conveyancing matters, including property sales, purchases, and leases.
* Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
* A collaborative and proactive mindset, ready to contribute to a growing team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
