Software Developer Up to £54k plus bonus Hybrid Cheshire Free lunch
We're looking for a Software Developer to join our global client within the hospitality sector - someone who's passionate about writing clean, scalable code and excited to influence how they develop and deliver technology.
You'll be joining a fast-paced, forward-thinking, people-first company where your ideas won't just be heard - they'll help shape the way they work. You'll work with the latest tools and technologies, collaborate closely with global stakeholders, and play a key role in driving innovation across the business.
What You'll Be Doing...
* Designing, developing, testing, and deploying high-quality, scalable software solutions
* Championing code quality, performance, and security
* Collaborating in agile teams, translating business needs into functional tech
* Writing automated tests and following best practices to ensure maintainability
* Providing support and troubleshooting technical issues
* Engaging in project planning and contributing to technical documentation
* Helping refine development processes and driving technical excellence across the team
What You'll Need
* 3+ years of commercial .NET experience
* Strong experience with Azure, including Azure Functions
* Solid understanding of service-oriented architectures
* Ability to write clean, maintainable code and work with Azure SQL Server
* Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)
* Firm understanding of best practices
* Familiarity with Clean Architecture, DDD, or TDD
* Frontend skills (Angular is a plus, but Next.JS, React, or any web development experience would also be beneficial)
* CI/CD experience with Azure DevOps
Bonus points for
* Knowledge of asynchronous messaging patterns
* Experience with Azure Data Lake, Data Factory, and Logic Apps
* Exposure to AI, machine learning, or data engineering
