Operations Manager West Yorkshire Full-time | Flexible shifts Working hours: Any 5 days out of 7, operating between 06:00–22:00 Salary: £37.477 per annum An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operations Manager to join our growing team in West Yorkshire. This is a key leadership role within a fast-paced, multi-customer operation where you’ll take full ownership of customer contracts, people performance, and operational excellence. What you’ll be responsible for * Managing customer contracts from stock receipt through to dispatch across retail, wholesale, and e-commerce * Acting as the main point of contact for customers on operational performance, processes, and costs * Leading and motivating operational teams, ensuring labour is controlled within budget * Delivering agreed KPIs and SLAs across all activities * Producing accurate and timely customer service and performance reports * Building strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders * Training, developing, and supporting managers and teams * Implementing new processes, policies, and customer initiatives * Playing an active role in the site management team and supporting other contracts when required What we’re looking for * Proven experience in an Operations Manager role within a multi-customer environment * Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams * Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) * Good numeracy and commercial awareness * Solid understanding of health & safety regulations and basic employment law * Confident IT skills (Microsoft Office and warehouse systems) * A proactive, innovative, and solution-focused mindset * Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to changing priorities * Flexible approach to work, including shift patterns For more information please get in touch
